Aditya (“Adie”) has been a corporate advisor and business valuer for close to 20 years. He has provided various advisory services to investment funds, banks, governments and companies of various size across industries. These services include, business and business interest valuations, intellectual property valuations, privatisations, identifying and evaluating potential sellers and targets, financial modelling (prepare and review), assistance with debt and equity raising, business plans, information memorandums and feasibility studies. He has worked on transactions and assignments in Australia, Canada, China (incl Hong Hong), Fiji, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nauru, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States.

He has an MBA from Asian Institute of Management in Philippines and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA (now Kaplan) in Australia. He is a regular speaker at conferences and other forms on topics relating to valuation and intellectual property.
